60 minutes group training sessions packed with proper boxing, kickboxing and core exercises provide you with both physical and mental benefits. Physically, you will acquire strength and endurance without the need for strenuous weight training; exercise your joints with high intensity, low impact work-out; improve your cardiovascular system in less time; burn more calories through high energy expenditure in a short time frame; and incorporate aerobic and anaerobic training in your program.
